Summerhill Home
This beautiful 1920’s home located in the Yonge and St. Clair area had great bones to work with but was in need of some love, care, and updating. Surrounded by a canopy of large, beautiful trees, we wanted to find ways to bring natural light into the home. Through many upgrades, including opening the back wall to exit into the yard, updating all the windows, removing the wall in the kitchen, and applying a neutral white palette, we created a bright, welcoming open feel. By keeping many of the traditional design elements intact, this 1920’s home now exudes charm and character with modern conveniences.
